Diagnosis ADHD -

Now What?!

A free 1-hour webinar for women navigating life after an ADHD diagnosis

Tuesday May 26th, 2026

1 PM BST | 8 AM EDT

When I finally received my ADHD diagnosis, I expected clarity. Instead, I felt let down. Again.

There was talk about medication. But there was very little guidance on what ADHD actually meant for me in real life.

No one explained:

  • why I still felt overwhelmed

  • how ADHD showed up in my emotions and nervous system

  • how to regulate, cope, and live day-to-day without constantly burning out.

That gap in support is exactly why this webinar exists.

If you feel like your diagnosis left you with more questions than answers... You’re not imagining it.

Many women walk away from their assessment with:

  • A label, but no roadmap

  • A prescription, but no better understanding

  • Validation, but no practical support

I remember wanting to know:

  • What does ADHD mean for me as a woman?

  • Why does everyday life still feel so intense?

  • How do I stop burning out?

If you’re asking similar questions, you’re in the right place.

What you'll walk away with:

  • A clearer understanding of how ADHD affects you and your brain

  • Techniques to regulate your nervous system

  • Practical ways to deal with overwhelm

  • A completed companion workbook you can return to anytime

  • A recording of the session, sent to your inbox

ABOUT YOUR HOST

Hi, I'm Sarah Theissen, a certified ADHD Coach for women in demanding careers, and a late-diagnosed ADHDer myself.

Before coaching, I spent a decade in corporate leadership, and before that, a decade in scientific research, with a PhD in Molecular Biology. The science matters here, and I'll bring it into the hour, but the reason I built this webinar is the lived experience, not the credentials. When I got newly diagnosed I felt there wasn't anything out there that really focused in on the female biology and lived experience. So I did the research so you don't have to.

If that's what you're looking for, then I'd love to see you there.
