Hi, my name is Sarah!

I am an NTA-certified ADHD Coach, a counsellor in training and I hold a PhD in Molecular Biology.

Before starting my coaching practice, I spent over 2 decades working in fast-paced and demanding academic and corporate leadership roles, where I was known as someone who was organised, reliable, and able to solve complex problems.

And I was.

But that’s not the full story.

On paper, my career looked successful.

In reality, it took constant mental effort to maintain.

  • I relied on pressure and urgency to focus.

  • I over-prepared to feel safe.

  • I carried work in my head long after the day ended.

  • I quietly assumed that exhaustion was simply the cost of being competent.

Like many of the women I now work with, I wasn’t failing – I was overfunctioning.

Until I couldn’t ignore it anymore.

My ADHD diagnosis came in my mid-40s, after a period of significant burnout. That was the moment everything shifted. I had to stop and really look at how I was working – and what it was costing me.

Not just in energy, but in:

  • Ease

  • Confidence

  • Sustainability

That realisation reshaped how I understand success.

Motivation was never the problem.
It was decades of not knowing how to work with my ADHD brain, not against it.

So there I was, newly diagnosed with ADHD, trying to make sense of everything. And honestly – feeling a bit let down by what came next. Because after the diagnosis… there wasn’t much support.

I went looking for a coach. Someone who got it. Someone who could help me figure out how to actually work with my brain, not just manage a to-do list. But the coaches I resonated with were fully booked. Waiting lists felt endless. I tried courses in the meantime… but nothing felt personal enough to actually help.

So I became the support I wish I’d had.

I went all in on the learning. Studying ADHD from both a scientific and practical perspective – not just what it is, but what it actually looks like for high-achieving women navigating demanding careers.

Alongside that, I trained in coaching skills so I could not only understand ADHD deeply, but support women in creating real, lasting change in how they work and live.

And somewhere along the way, this stopped being just about understanding myself.

It became about becoming the support I wish I'd had.

This is the work I do

I work with late-diagnosed women with ADHD who are still performing well in their demanding careers…

…but can feel that something isn’t sustainable anymore.

Women who:

  • are tired of feeling behind or burnt out

  • don’t want to keep starting over

  • don’t want success to come at the cost of their health

If you recognise yourself here, the issue isn’t that you’re not capable.

It’s that your way of working hasn’t been designed to support how your brain functions.

This is where the ADHD Recalibration comes in

I created this program to help you build a way of working that actually supports youconsistently, not just in short bursts.

Inside, we focus on helping you:

  • design a bespoke toolkit that works with your brain – not against it

  • create clear boundaries without guilt or people-pleasing

  • develop energy-aware systems that reduce overwhelm and shutdown

  • build steady, sustainable momentum

  • advocate for your needs with clarity and confidence

This isn’t about pushing harder.
And it’s not about fixing yourself.

It’s about protecting your capacity – so the success you’ve already built doesn’t come at the cost of your health or self-trust.

If this feels like you…

You don’t have to keep doing it the hard way.

If you’re ready to stop running on empty and start working with your brain, I’d love to talk.

Book a free clarity call with me and let’s explore what this could look like for you.
