The ADHD Waypoint is a monthly membership that keeps that momentum going once the ADHD Recalibration is over – light-touch, ongoing, and built around the rhythm that helps new habits actually hold.

The difference here is that It’s not more of the deep work – it’s the steady rhythm and gentle accountability that helps the changes hold. For a lot of us, a regular point to check in with is exactly the external structure that keeps things ticking over.

What's included each month:

  • 2 x 25 minute check-ins OR 1 x 50 minute coaching session

  • Weekly body doubling sessions

The small print:

  • You can roll over and hold up to 2 check-ins at a time, so a quieter spell is never wasted.

  • Equally, if there’s something that needs deeper exploration, you can exchange two check-in session for a 50 minute coaching session once a month.

  • Pause or cancel anytime – no lock-in, no minimum term.
